Brew a Cuppa
white tea is the least processed and most delicate of all teas and it is important to make sure that all its qualities servive the brewing process .It is particularly important to make sure that strong concentrataion of antioxidants in the buds and leaves are not weakened or depleted and to ensure that the mild taste of the tea is not compromised.
Always  the use fresh water from the tap or filter to brew white tea in boilling point then it cool.Never steep white tea .Heat the water to the boilling point .175 -185 degreee  Faranhie ,or 80 -85 degree  celsis is concern .
The amount of tea you should use  per cup of tea is a mater of taste and economics but the usual recomendation is using one tableperson for a pot of about one qauat or one line
depending on the quality of tea it should be steeped for under one minutes or slightly more.silver needle for under one minute
white tea is best drunk without milk or sugar to  enjoy both its flavour and health benefits
